The rooms are tiny with most of them not having a bathroom or barely even a sink but that is in the listing. If only staying for a short time its all right but it is fairly expensive for what you get.
Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it.
We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but you can store luggage at the reception.
Great clean room, staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. A bit of a walk from Shibuya station but overall in a more quiet and relaxed part of the city, a nice break from the huge crowds
Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Loved staying here and would again! Very beautiful workers lol! Supa SUGOI

Room and bathroom too small and not so clean. I need to tell the front desk that the toilet bowl still have dirt and bathtub was not cleaned at all.
Very frustrated and disappointed and not worth paying $350 per room/night.
Hotel Graphy has very funky common spaces. The staff are very friendly and being close to Shibuya station (10min walk was very convenient). The hotel has a great breakfast, try the smoked salmon and a man in a suit who serves beer and scoops the bubbles out during the 1hr free drinks period. The room was clean, as well as the shared bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the room was able to open the window to get air in. As other reviews have noted, the room (no bathroom) is incredibly small. It was somewhat fun at the beginning but by day 5 was getting a bit old with only one person being able to get ready at a time and not being able to have the suitcase open and open the door. So just a note. We also wished we opted for the room with the bathroom (a) more space; and (b) if you wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night the bright hallway and bathroom lights do not help with falling back to sleep. In general though, it was overall a positive experience. There is also a great breakfast spot nearby called Garden House Crafts.

I believe I hadn't been likely.
My room was really dust. Plus, I started having a severe itch all over my body. I was having trouble breathing and coughing. I thought I had the flu. I had to cancel other hotels. I spoke to my mother, and she advised me to buy antihistamines. She heard my voice and said I didn't have the flu. Then I had the sheets changed because I was itching. I told the front desk about my problem. One night I couldn't sleep because of a strong cough. I started looking above the bed, saw a lot of dust, and started cleaning. I felt better. Every time I left the room, I felt much better, which is why my mother said there was something in the room that was hurting you. The room appeared clean and tidy. The absurd thing is that I booked a new flight back and lost the money for the other flight.
While the hotel is more for solo travelers and younger customers, the description Expedia is misleading.
Staff is young, dressed casual and quite helpful.
It’s 10 -15 min to Shibuya station, but there are no cabs available. It’s in the midst of a residential neighborhood. Breakfast is not made to order. But limited to their fixed menu options.
Being a vegetarian, I requested white toast and they did accommodate me.
It’s more of a hostel than a hotel.
There was a private party last night and so no dinner for regular guests after 5 pm. And it was pouring yesterday.
If you are looking for a more luxurious experience, then this won’t do.
Great location, kind and helpful staff. Free coffee & tea. 10 minute walk to Shibuya crossing, great little restaurant/bar on site. Extra amenities available like ear plugs and eye masks which i appreciated.
The staff were great and helpful however the place is deceiving. Online the space looks a lot more spacious than when you are actually there. The bathroom is tiny not a lot of wiggle room. The restaurant was decent but the place was clean. Also the beds could be bigger for taller people and the towels are pretty small they can barely cover the second half of your body.

Nao havia informação de que era um quarto compartilhado.
Lovely comfortable clean room, a little small and not much in the way of storage but fine for a few days stay in Tokyo. Good location close to Ebisu and Shibuya train stations - Ebisu a lot quieter and easier to navigate with luggage if you are staying here, but also in a fairly quiet spot and very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning was great
Staff were excellent all spoke English .The room was not clean ,found a water bottle under the bed and candies under the pull out bed ..free tea, snacks, up stairs was perfect as was the bar staff
