While it is an adult only location, it felt clean and safe, with plenty of simple amenities to make it confortable. super convenient and close to station, i would book again for convenience.

Best stay in Japan!

We were sceptical at first as this was labelled “love hotel”. We only stayed one night for the late check-in as we were only passing through. So glad we stayed here, it was the best stay in Japan! The bed and pillow were so comfortable, jacuzzi is amazing and they provide so many toilets amenities - hair curler, straighteners, hair mask, bubble bath etc.. very soundproof (if uhm you are worried about the noise). We wish we could stayed more nights there.

We had a late flight and needed to stay one evening before heading to Osaka and this was a fantastic stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we are English speakers and it was not difficult to communicate. The room was beautiful, large comfortable bed with a good sized bathroom/showering area. They had skin care for men and women, hair drier, straightener, blow out tools, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, contact case, and much more. We were very impressed and would love to stay again in the future.

I really wanted to spoil myself and I spent $300 USD on 2 nights at this “love” hotel. First of all. It smelt disgusting. The cigarette smell was so bad I felt so sick. Secondly, the bed sheets looked like they had not been washed and dried properly. Imagine sleeping in a damp moist bed. It was awful. I even complained to the staff, and gave them an opportunity to fix it. They didn’t. I slept again, the second night - STILL DAMP. It was such an uncomfortable sleep. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling.
