Hostel Receptionist, did not understand basic English. Pods were uncomfortable, light didn’t work, AC didn’t work, bed was too small for pod. Terrible check-in time at 5 PM is ridiculous.

Compact capsule hotel in Tokyo

Good capsule hotel with a 1 minute walk to Tokyo subway. Capsule is compact & has a TV inside your capsule. Floors separated male/female. Free wifi. The male locker area has small lockers to fit petsonal items. Shared Japanese shower & onsen. Oversized Luggage next to check in. Good, friendly staff not speak fluent English but some English.

This was the worst place I stayed at in Tokyo. The staff is rude and you are not allowed to sit in the lobby if you arrive before check in (which isnt until 5pm even though check out is 10am?) and there were many alarms going off from the building throughout the night. There’s also a tv inconveniently placed that I kept hitting my head on and it has no remote anyways and does not work. It’s also very hot inside the capsules and very little ventilation in the room.

全体的に良かったです。どことなく不衛生な感じがするのは、自分が潔癖症気味なのかな、と思える程度でした。この料金でこの立地、サービスを考えると妥当な線だと思います。

女性専用フロアに宿泊。施設は古いけど宿泊者の治安もよくトイレシャワーも清潔。周辺飲食店多く駅近で立地も便利。敷布団がマットレスのみで薄く硬いのが難点。また利用すると思います。

1.位置不是很明顯我抵達時找了許久時間 2.要脫鞋才能進入，可是沒有提供室內拖 3.女性樓層誰都可以隨意進出，且淋浴間只有一間要等很久

浜松町にこの値段で泊まれるのはありがたい! お風呂の床はヌルヌルしてた。館内はスリッパはなくお風呂上がりは裸足か靴下をまた履かないといけなかった。歯ブラシとタオルと浴衣があり荷物は減る。値段相応かと思う。
