とても快適！

とても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。畳も広くてくつろげました。洗濯機に乾燥機能がなかったため、乾燥はすぐそばのコインランドリーを利用しました。タオル類がややくたびれていたので、ふんわりしたタオルだと良かったと思います。

居住性は良好だが…

部屋は広い上、お風呂には追いだき機能がついており、居住性は良好でした。ただ私は１階に宿泊したのですが、２階の宿泊客が室内を動き回る音が一日中、ドタドタとかなりうるさく、不快でした。かなりの音がしたので、床が薄いのかと疑ってしまいました。住み心地は良く、気に入っていただけに、非常に残念でした。

잘 쉬었다가 갑니다.

매우 깨끗하고, 대가족이 묵기에 적당해요. 7인 취침 가능 (방 1개 + 큰 거실 겸 방 1개) 살짝 아쉬운 점은 Oshiage 역에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 걸어야 하는 점이네요. 그 외에는 모두 만족합니다.

空間適合攜帶一歲以下嬰兒入住，廚房設施齊全，這次住一樓，二樓住戶有小孩蹦跳聲音很大，但因為自己也有攜帶小孩可以體會。離晴空塔很近交通方便!

It was very clean and was in a nice area. Great walking distance from Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage station. The traditional mats in the home have a peculiar smell to them but it’s not terrible.

房間很典雅很乾淨，可以充分體驗不同於在飯店，在日本住宿的生活。 離晴空塔非常近，每天出門可以沿著河邊看著晴空塔走到車站，會有好心情。 如果有機會，應該會再考慮來造訪一次！

良い旅になりました。

総勢7名で利用。とても快適に過ごせました！ 宿泊施設の直ぐそばに【橋】が有り、スカイツリーが奇麗に見えます。 朝と夜と記念撮影もバッチリできます！ 一軒家の二階部分を利用するかたちでした。 2日目の晩には、一階に他の利用客(おそらく海外の方かと。。。)がいらっしゃいましたので、当方子供数名いた為、多少物音には気を使いました。 (そこまで小さな子供でもないので特に苦ではありません。) 宿泊施設から右手へ歩いて直ぐの東武ストアがおすすめ！ ほぼ自炊でしたので、毎日行きました(笑)何でも揃います。 東武ストアの反対側(宿泊施設を出て左方向)にもう一軒スーパーが有りますが、 比較するとかなり品数が少ないです。地元のスーパーっぽい感じ。 その先のコンビニは24時間営業ですので便利。 バスタオル置いて有り助かりました。(無いと思っていたので) アメニティの中に、カミソリ・ヘアブラシ、は有りません。 数泊したので、衣類の洗濯必須！シワ伸ばすのに携帯アイロン持参しました。 家庭用アイロン置いてあると便利だなと思います。 (気になることは事前に問い合わせし、丁寧に回答頂けるので、必要なもののみ持参できるので良いです。) 丁度、お天気が雨だったことと、洗濯の量が多かった為、近くのコインランドリーを利用しました。東武ストアのもう少し先に有りました^_^ 浴室乾燥があると聞いていましたが、物干しバーが無く洗濯物は掛けられず断念。 歩いて行ける範囲で、色々便利な立地だと思います。 チェックアウトギリギリまで滞在させてもらい、帰り支度もゆっくりできる。 フロントが無いので、気楽に出入りできて良かったです。

Vrai petit appart idéalement placé proche SkyTree

Nous avons passé nos deux premières nuits au Japon dans cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison toute neuve. Déco soignée, bien chauffée (séjour en février), et quartier tranquille avec toutes commodité à proximité. Localisé à 10 bonnes minutes à pied de la station Oshiage SkyTree, sur la ligne du train en provenance de Narita. Charmant pied à terre pour visiter Tōkyō. Nous y retournerons !

Que dire de plus que parfait pour visiter Tokyo ... appartement à peine à 10mn à pied de la station oshiage dans quartier résidentiel très calme ... appartement spacieux en rdc tout neuf de style japonais très moderne (2 wc dernier cri 1 baignoire jacusi) et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et des matériau de qualité ... appartement proche des grands magasins dont uniqlo, donguri et restaurants divers de la tour sky tree ...
