The receptionist staff couldn't speak english
The driver who took me to airport was very nice and can speak English very well. But The receptionist staff couldn't speak English at all when I checked in at 11 PM. His body language always told me "NO" in every situatuon, even I showed off him my reservation number. I got desperate. Until I showed my name in my passport, he just confirmed my reservation number.
