I don't usually feel compelled to make reviews but in this case, I think they deserve one! I want to say that for what it is intended for, it's perfect - DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A TRADITIONAL HOTEL - if you are however looking for an elevated and unique air bnb sort of vibe then yes PLEASE BOOK IT!! It looks exactly like the pictures, and the amenities in the room such as in room WiFi was extremely useful, the room is spacious and the seating area does help to make things feel separate if you are someone who needs or wants a suite like feel. I stayed with my 7yr old and oversized luggage comfortably! The location is actually very easy to navigate to get into the rest of Tokyo and I would personally come back on a solo or 2 person trip to that spot. Very clean and organized - the only part that may be a turn off is the check-in process, it's simple but the site was a little slow at times. Also, you do have to wait for them to send you your room information so it may seem anxiety-inducing if you're used to traditional hotels. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews?! Well a hidden gem no more - ARIGATOSOMAAAAAAA

This is the perfect hotel if you want to be close to the train station while still being just a short distance from the city center. Even though it was a self-check-in hotel, the staff was always available to assist whenever needed. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
