「チェックインを17時ごろしたが、部屋の準備ができていなかった。スタッフさんはとても丁寧で親切であった。ソフトドリンクが自由なこともよかった。ただ、室外機が凍りついて氷点下になったにもかかわらず暖房が夜中に効かなくなり、寒くて悲惨であった。スタッフは夜10時から朝10時まで不在で、緊急電話は知らされているもののかけにくいこともあり、」

「we moved to single rooms for this stay and it’s facing the road side which is a bit noisy during the night. i ran Nagoya women‘s marathon on 9th Mar and i could not sleep well for the both nicht of 7th and 8th as outside was noisy. i would like to recommend other travellers to request higher floor or rooms not facing roadside if possible 」
