"Room was a bit small, but it was very functional, quiet, and comfortable. Would have been a challenge if my partner was with me.
Lots of eating options and transport connections nearby. Breakfast was good, but not great _for me_ (I prefer more western food for breakfast, and this was a wide range of very good Japanese foods). The guest laundry and free coffee machine were good features.
I would stay again, but think about a bigger room if I could afford it."
"This hotel was average in terms of amenities but the staff were top notch. I asked if it was possible to get in before the check-in time and they said only with a fee but half an hour before, they let us go in which waa really appreciated. The beds were clean, room was spacious, and my kids loved jumping on the sturdy and thick couch cushions (sorry!).
We ate supermarket food most of the time and sometimes forgot to get chopsticks. They let us borrow some from the kitchen. Not a huge thing for them but it saved us from having to go out and scrounge for them. The same person who let us check-in early also picked up our garbage bag and chopsticks. They could easily ask us to bring it down but the effort is what stood out to me."
"Loved my first stay in Nagoya primarily because of this wonderfully located hotel next to great shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, close to Nagoya Station. I will always stay at this hotel - beautiful lobby and clean and up to date rooms. "
"The staff was absolutely wonderful providing information to places and even transit to reach the location. Very communicative and friendly staff. The hotel itself was absolutely wonderful and was as if one walked into a Vegas hotel san slot machines. Great place to host an event"
