Fairly accessible from Nagoya station, just needed to walk underground and there’s even a lift service from the basement floor. The onsen is a little on a small side and can barely fit 6 adults. Food options are great because you can opt to get food from both the underground mall and the cafes around the place.

The was very clean. Staff are pleasant and attentive especially to security. Hotel Lobby is on the 8th floor. I did see families in hotel. We did not have breakfast but there were several people having breakfast. It looks like normal Japanese breakfast fare. Hotel elevator did go done to an underground mall with lots of shops and runs under the street to the train station. Good area to walk if raining. Lots of shops and resturants in mall. Locals use mall to get to work, meaning there are lots of people around and it was safe.

名古屋駅から歩いて8分くらい、まっすぐ平坦な道なのでスーツケースを持っていてもスムーズに歩けました。 温泉にある高機能シャワー、脱衣所の化粧水や乳液、ブランドのドライヤーなど、とても快適に利用させせいただきました。無料の貸出品も残数がわかるようにカード管理されていて、良かったです。枕の貸し出しもありました。 また利用したいです。

I did nit do breakfast but yhere are shops nearby. Yhe hotel lobby is on the 8th floor of the building. You take a private elevator to access. The elevator takes you to the street or an underground mall with lots of shops for breafast ot dinner. The mall runs under the street and ends at the Nagoya train station that has many more shops and pkaces to eat. If it is raining you do not have to outside in the rain until you reach the train station. A 12 minute walk. The toom was very clean. Staff were very attentive and very conscious of security without being aggresive.
