「There is a very good service. Although my original room has no electricity, they let me have a suite room. Their cooked breakfast is very delicious, especially the smoked salmon.」

「房間大，服務親切，早餐一般，飯店前是一大片綠地，很舒服！」

「Need some refund of our bill as we had no lights in room」

「I was very disappointed with my stay, particularly with the cleanliness and poor customer service. The sink was plugged shut, and we couldn’t remove the plug. The water contained hair, making it seem as though the sink had not been properly cleaned. When we asked the receptionist for help, they were dismissive and immediately said they couldn’t offer another room. They only came to help after we asked several times. The bigger issue was the extremely loud, squeaky floor above us after 1 am....

「No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.」

「No check in desk, no room cleaning, no hot water, no heat, no breakfast service. Food very mediocre. Management of this hotel was disgraceful. Staff were amazing in very difficult circumstances. Stayed here many times before…..never again」

「Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend」

Moreover, due to the dirty carpet in the room, I needed to request for a pair...

「位置比较好找，设备一般吧，以后可能会不再考虑入住」

「clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.」

「Great location, bar and restaurant staff were friendly, bar and restaurant area was decorated fabulously for Halloween. The room unfortunately had a lingering smell from what I believe were the drains in the bathroom. Check in was not particularly warm or welcoming. Room decor feels out of place with the history of the building.」
