「This hotel is essentially a rural guesthouse. Without pick-up and drop-off services, it would be very inconvenient. Thanks to the host for the airport pick-up service at 3 a.m. However, I forgot to specify it was a triple room when booking, even though I paid for three beds. Upon check-out, the host asked for an additional $20. Please be aware of this.」

「第一次入住大概是夜班的前台，服务不错，第二次白天入住的前台服务态度太差。房间免费水也没了。」

「The room is spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good, since we can visit the medina within 1-minute walk, and ~49 minutes walk yo the Hassan II Mosque. We are so happy that we can view the Hassan II Mosque from our terrace too. Just on the same street of our hotel, we can easily find supermarket and restaurants.」

「The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」
