"It was the perfect stay for me. I had trouble getting there because my plane was diverted to Verona. That resulted in a four-hour bus ride to Pisa. I didn't get to the hotel until around 1 a.m. The staff graciously took care of me at this late hour. That was meaningful because I was so tired, I couldn't think straight. The accommodations and breakfast were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel once again."

"I booked this apartment last minute after a terrible experience at another property nearby. This property couldnt have been better. Excellent communication from reception about checking in details and on arrival exceptional service and friendliness. "The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There were barely any sheets on the bed so I was cold at night. The door to the bathroom is glass so going to the bathroom at night and turning on the light means your partner can be woken up by the light. Poor design. The room was quite small. The best thing about the room was that the window opened all the way for fresh air during the morning and afternoon if you wanted."
