「Impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the property. Breakfast was what you'd expect of a breakfast-included hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were very accommodating when asked about extra coffee for the little coffeemaker in the room and extra towels were always available. Have only good things to say about this hotel and our three day stay.」

「The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place.」

「Our room 149 was clean but smelled of mildew/mold.As we ran the a/c the smell got worse. We informed front desk,they did offer to move us but we had unpacked for our stay. Our mistake,lesson learned. 」

「Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.」

「Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left.」

「The room smelled like cigarettes and there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The front desk woman was very pleasant when we checked in.」
