Rooms were good for the price. Staff was nice. Unexpected $100 deposit upon checking in, but was refunded the day after check out. Trash was piled up near the elevators on multiple floors from other guests for both days we were there, so not sure how often clean up is.

The room was clean and the property had a good safe location. We were able to walk to a local restaurant. There appeared to be some renovation in process that we were not advised about at the time of check in and the extent of which the lobby was not aware since the office was unable to tell us where an operating ice machine was located.

Very inpressed

Smelled fresh and clean as soon as i walked in. Staff was super friendly. Impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. Mattress was not as thick and comfy as i like, but overall, great stay. Will definitely stay again!

Past its prime.

The hotel is just worn out. The bed was comfortable. The chair in the room was disgusting. The hotel is dingy, the water was barely warm, the wallpaper was stained and coming off the walls in the lobby, the lobby restrooms were padlocked, the clerk said there was a pool that was closed and needed work. This is just a sad old hotel that was once very nice but in need of a demo or full renovation. The evening clerk was the best part of the hotel and was very friendly and accommodating.

Great location in Mansfield

The description said there was a bar, but there wasn’t. They are under new management and are planning to open the bar annd make improvements . Only 1 tv in a suite, so had to sit on the bed to watch tv instead of in the living room. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

The property, inside and out was clean. Our room was clean, the toilet was spraying water onto the floor when flushing but was easily remedied. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom and I wish there would have been one. Other than that everything was as expected.

very surprised to see the adjacent movie theater was attached. pretty interesting feature. we didn't use the workout room but did check it out. looked good. i think there is a pool but didn't get to swing in. overall, a good place to stay a cut above the other hotels in the area.

Although this property is listed as having a restaurant and bar, it does not have running ones (at least when I was there). The elevators and room keys didn't always work. The wait at the front desk was sometimes lengthy but the employees were nice. Some of the hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Our room, however, was clean. Considering the inexpensive price, the proximity to where I was visiting, and that our room was clean, I would book again.

Friendly front desk staff, beds were comfortable, nice to have a fridge and microwave. The Keurig was nice and the coffee tasty. The little snack shack was convenient too! They even sold beer. We didn’t have a shade for our window, I like a dark room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There was only one tiny piece of hand soap and mismatched shampoo/conditioner. Sadly no shower soap at all and I forgot mine.

Highly not recommended to stay.

Unorganized and not clean. The rooms smelt like smoke despite being a non smoking unit. The sheets had stains as well as the toilet didn’t work well. Not in the best side of town. Left there to go to another hotel. Not a safe environment. There was gun shots around in the area that made it unsafe for child Staff not very knowledgeable as well and no hospitality.
