"Heating was stuck on in the room so we couldn't sleep even with the windows wide open in February! Left before 6 am since we couldn't sleep (we got in at 2). No staff there at that time, so messaged them to complain and they didn't reply."

"Arrived at night. Room was ideal for a short stay with all of the amenities that you could need. Tea, coffee, hot choc, water and biscuits. There was a fridge as well. Comfortable bed and great power shower. We used WhatsApp to communicate with Jay who always responded quickly, even around 8pm when we had a query regarding the thermostat. Would be happy to stay here again."

"An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but all went ok in the end. All in all, the house was perfect for our needs (a group of friends attending an event). The house was clean and the beds comfy. Everywhere just need a bit of TLC, e.g. bathroom toilet, shower grouting etc."
