「Parking lot is full of broken glass bottle and trash. Very poor kept. NO staff on check in only self check in. If I have to check myself "in" to a hotel where is my discount?」

「Clean and cozy 」

「The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.」

「On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware」

「When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again.」

「The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!」

「Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.」

「Location of the hotel conveniently close to the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful.」

「The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. 」

「During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. Fortunately, in the last 2 days, one of the night staff provided a portable heater to us. No apology was received from the hotel so...
