「The room was very noisy as it faced the main road and there was a lot of traffic noise. The room was clean but quite cold and the duvet was very thin. 」

「Advert for hotel states food availability. There is none also no bar. Food establishments are very close to hotel. We planned to get a meal and possibly breakfast but not available. This has been like this for the last few years. Advertising needs to change 」

「We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
