The hotel is right in the center of Orchard road, it’s so convenient to go any where. The room is spacious for 3 of us, nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back in the future.

I spent one night at the Carlton. Clean, nice room, great room service. Disappointed by the pool environment. Even though it was cloudy, it just felt like no one cared about how the pool environment looked. The chair cushions were all askew. Just didn’t look professional or welcoming.
