「One of the cleanest, well maintained hotel's Ive ever been in. Staff was superb from the ladies at the desk to the staff cleaning the rooms. The fitness room was awesome!」

「This was the worst hotel experience I have had in forty years of travel. The room was filthy. Blood stains on the blanket, shoe prints on the sheets, floor was so dirty I had black stains on the bottom of my bare feet, cable service that only worked half the time, wireless that was ridiculously slow, stains on the walls, and lint growing in the air ducts. We were gouged on price due to availability and a major event in town. The staff was completely indifferent to our needs and concerns....
