「Great hotel, location is in Nairobi city area, walking distant to banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel has everything you need, and has excellent service! All the staffs have super nice smile!」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「We completely enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and appreciated as a customer. The grounds and facility were in great shape. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious in Flame Tree restaurant and the bar had a great ambiance. Highly recommend wife your stay in Nairobi.」

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
