「The hotel is in a very good location for walking into the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is situated in spacious grounds with a very well maintained gardens , ample car parking and a large clean pool . The staff were all very friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face . The rooms are very clean and there are various eating places to enjoy a really extensive menu with great dishes . 「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」
