"Paid for the cliff suite only to walk in and my room smelling of paint fumes on day 3. They were working next door and didn't think to take into consideration the smell will linger into the other rooms. They had to move us to another room that just didn't have the great view we had. They had us go wait for 30min. Downstairs for them to not know anything till I said something. Then invited us for lunch to there Beach restaurant but no communication to anyone about that. The views and hotel is beautiful but Food and staff communication was not there."

Not too many shops near by but we found laundry service/coffee shop and a few local warung/convenient stores near by enough to satisfy our necessity needs."
