What was really disappointing was Expedia declined any responsibility for having listed this most unsatisfactory property. I arrived there looking forward to a relaxing holiday, to be presented with a helpless situation trying to find some place suitable given the high occupancy rate of most nearby hotels. To think if it had been a little family it would have been shock and horror for them. Please don't let this happen to a little family. I think a full refund for this booking would be a reasonable offer for all that I have had to endure.

The staff was very nice and the price also.. a litlte critical point is the menu list dat wassent complete and it seems like the staff and owner didnt like to serve food or do the best to make the menu list complete

Amazing Stay and amazing Staff

I stay in Rantun with my friends and it so memorable for us. The hotel was nice and the staff is amazing. The staff help me to get everything I need and the food was delicious. The hotel close to the beach to relax and close there also close to nice restaurant. I want come back again to Rantun Hotel to spend my holiday.

Great place to stay in Nusa Dua

I was honestly impressed with quality of service I received comparing to money that I paid. Room was clean and tidy, staff very helpful and welcoming, breakfasts tasty. I can recommend this place to travellers and i'll be back there by myself this June. Thank you

Comfort and Affordable Price

Accommodation with affordable price, got a comfy bed and they make a nice improvement on some area such as painting and it turned the area look so good and clean ! Staff at there so friendly and good Wi-Fi ever !

Wouldn't recommend this Hotel at all

We stayed here because it had good reviews. The bathroom was disgusting, their was banging all night we never slept a wink and checked out the next morning. (forfeiting our second night) You can get a lot better for the same price down the road.

Worth the money

You definitely get your money's worth by staying here. The staff was beyond helpful, even checked in 2 hours early with no problem. I just told them my name and they knew exactly who I was and what room I was in. It's not a 5 star hotel, but has a charm to it that makes it welcoming. It was clean and I sometimes feel that is the most important part of a room.

サーフィンするには最適なホテル。ニツコー、ヌサドゥア、南側のポイントなど、バイクで簡単にアクセスできる。3階建てで屋上がある。屋上の見晴らしがサイコー。海もみえる。部屋はテラスが好き。テラスで本読んだり、スマホいじったり、リラックスできる。ホテルのレストランも美味しい。トイレはウォシュレットついてます。プールも小さいけとある。

Rantun place

Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt very homey here and would stay here again. Good food also. And prices were extremely cheap for room and food. Loved it!

Great 10 days at Rantun with so friendly staff

My wife and me had spent 10 days for our honeymoon in Sep. 2017 at Rantun. Staff offers great hospitality with always smiling and so friendly staff support at all times. It felt like a home more than a hotel in fact. Facility is cleaned everyday with clean and organized lobby and small clean pool, which made us like a private pool just for us. I would definitely recommend Rantun Place for anyone intending to stay in Nusa Dua. Finally, it has an excellent location near to many beaches and reachable by almost all transportation means, 10 minutes waling to Nusa Dua beach and 2 minutes to Hilton Bali.

Reasonable for the cheap price.

place secluded but i liked it to be quiet. It's just opposite Hilton. Has a view of Geger beach/sea. room did not have a phone to the recep so you would have to go down to recep if you needed anything. We stayed in room on 3rd floor. no lift just stairs so not advisable for ppl with luggage. Toilet heater didnt work so it was cold water throughout.

#1 simple, safe, friendly hotel.

Stayed for several months, the staff are all friendly and helpful. Food is good value and tasty. Quick scooter access to local surf breaks at Nikko, Geger, Nusa Dua. 25mins scooter to popular west Bukit breaks, just take Alas Arum back road. Rantun's Place is excellent value for money if you want a simple, safe hotel.

Бюджетный, довольно новый, с хорошим расположением

Отдыхал в отеле с 02.04 по 09.04.2017. Отель небольшой, меньше 20 номеров. Wi-Fi ловит хорошо. Есть небольшой бассейн, можно освежиться вечером. При отеле есть ресторанчик и магазин, что очень убодно, тк в районе Нуса-Дуа очень неразвитая инфраструктура. В ресторане довольно вкусно и очень недорого. Расположение отеля довольно удачное- когда прогуливался вокруг, видел много отелей, которые находятся гораздо дольше от моря. Отель находится прямо напротив главного входа отеля Хилтон резорд Бали, чтобы попасть на пляж, нужно с левой стороны пройти по краю отеля Хилтон и минут через 10 неспешного шага можно попасть на пляж. На пляж ходил как раз отеля Хилтон, на нем чисто, есть ограждения, чтобы волны разбивались, вход в море отличный, почти сразу попадаешь на глубину, что очень удобно, учитывая приливы-отливы на Бали, можно плавать несмотря на отлив. Говоря про сам отель, можно сказать, что номера довольно стандартные, мягкая постель (на любителя), перед номером небольшая терраса с диванчиком с видом на бассейн, ванная комната с новеньким кафелем, в душе есть реально горячая вода. Из ванной комнаты есть дверь на балкон, выходит он на стену другого здания, но можно посушить вещи. В общем, отличный вариант, чтобы остановиться на небольшой период в отличном районе с шикарными пляжами.

A nice place to stay

The room was nice, but no window and as the restaurant was near it was a bit noisy. Wifi didn't work at all during our two nights stay. The restaurant was nice and cheap and the personnel were really kind and nice. Hotel is bit far from everything (except there is a nice quiet beach nearby) and I wouldn't recommend coming to Nusa Dua as it is not at all the nicest area in Bali.

Incompetent staff, poor food quality, nice pool

We had prepaid through hotels.com and when we arrived they were not even aware of our booking. The room reaked of air freshener which had a very offensive chemical smell and was most unpleasant. The balcony looked onto a wall and water storage tanks.very loud sound from the highway and near absolutely nothing. The food was not what was listed on the menu, and not what we ordered. The breakfast as terrible, the western food was bad but the Indonesian food was good. They played loud television in the restaurant which made it a very unpleasant place to eat. Staff seemed more interested in watching tv than anything. Fans in restaurant were off unless asked so very hot and flies everywhere. We also had an ant infestation on our balcony from food that was left there by previous guests and was never cleaned up. Rooms could use a lot of upkeep. One redeeming quality was the pool which was very small but seemed clean and properly filtered.
