The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. Nice hotel if you really like the mass resort vibes. I didn’t love it. The breakfast buffet had huge variety but nothing tasted amazing. The rooms were very spacious and luxe. Probably more of a family style resort than anything. Nusa Dua is one hotel after the other. So not a lot of good food options unless you’re willing to spend a lot for overpriced hotel food

Best resort ever.

This was my first time to Bali and was it ever a great experience. The resort is amazing and the service is fist class - one feels from the moment you arrive with personal checking, breakfast, lunch and service by the pool.

Ritz-Carlton does it right - this is a beautiful hotel!! The staff is courteous, and attends to every detail of your stay. The beach and pool are beautiful with a great menu. Plenty of activities. There were many choices for dining and I found the food very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel!!
