"The hotel was really nice and updated. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great. The sauna in the room was an awesome surprise."

"An absolute joke, the room was nothing like the pictures, only one side table. The room felt like a store room with 80s broken floor tiles. The ensuite was no better. Was disturbed a number of times with people chatting in the hallways. Complaind in the morning with Chiara who agreed a refund of some sort should be given, even sent an email to Francesco and not even a reply. The high reviews must come from from parents visiting their kids who stay in this complex. If you don't have kids staying here, do not book here, absolute joke of a service with no follow up whatsoever from the staff."

"The entire hotel staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating even when we kept their bar open, just to have a glass of excellent wine with our daughter and her boyfriend. Their breakfast was absolutely incredible; all fresh food, and gourmet coffee drinks to die for. The view was amazing and we could’ve spent much more time here. It was a true oasis just outside of Florence. "

"A great location near the station and major sights. The hotel has lots of character which adds to a sense of being in the heart of a historic city. Breakfast was fine, and the complementary bottle of wine on our first night very welcome. Would stay again!"
