「Very expensive resort and not to much to do, The rooms are ugly the food is bad and the beach is not even worth going. I loved puerto rico but this resort is the worst ive been to. Not worth it」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「No hot water. And no privacy. Housekeeping opened my door without knocking!!!! Almost walked in on me while changing my clothes. Elevator dosent work. Had to walk up a million steps to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Also tried calling the hotel before checking in to extend my stay and we called 16 times!! With no answer. Horrible experience. 」

「Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.」
