Terrific Experience!

We had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel Tiberias - the rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel staff were very helpful, and we truly enjoyed our Shabbat dinner at the hotel! Easy to walk to the promenade at the lake and into downtown.

Misleading, the beach is not in the hotel, you have to pay 75 Shalke per person to enter the beach area from the other hotel, street parking only, non smoking room but you smell the smoking in the hallway, the guy in the front desk was really nice unlike the lady at the front desk rude!

My stay was absolutely horrendous, after we got to the hotel the staff was very unappreciative and unhelpful, after we got to the room and tried to turn on the TV it didnโ€™t work, and after several attempts of speaking to the manager and staff, we still were not helped And as compensation they offered us a sandwich

The hotel is basically a beautiful view and nice accommodations but in general it promises more than it offers. Location is not convenient, distant from the city, the hotel has neither parking nor easy parking in the neighborhood, has a tiny swimming pool and is not in front of the lake as the advertising may suggest. The service and management are ok but some basic mistakes were made during my stay.
