「The location, the hotel itself, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast and dinner were all wonderful. The Settai of Galilee was a truly dreamlike setting, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. I was a little disappointed that our private pool didn’t have a pool light, and there was some sand or granular debris on the bottom of the pool\. Nevertheless, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience\. I would highly recommend this...

The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…」

「The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.」

They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!」
