Absolutely lovely hotel in a fantastic location next to old town Thun. My room had a perfect view of Thun castle which made a beautiful view to wake up to. Room was large, clean and nicely decorated. The on site restaurant was an American western theme, with a great fresh yoing vibe to it. The bar was closed due to Covid, but i can imagine it would be a great place to socialise. The burgers were amazing, and they an excellent variety of beers to choose from, ranging from, swiss, irish, british etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The parking is offiste at the local parkhaus, it was only a few minute walk back to the hotel. Also there is a nespresso machine for the guest which you can use at no extra cost. Only down side was i could hear a slight thrum of music still at 11pm from the restaurant below. However this was nothing too bad. Overall i was delighted by my stay i highly recommended this hotel, its magnificent! If you go to Bern or Thun stay here!

Great short break. The hotel is ideally located for the lake and Alps views admiring. Staff members were excellent, very attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and had undisrupted views of the surroundings. The restaurant in the hotel, despite its transitional meaty Swiss cuisine theme, offered a vegan option too - a pleasantly surprising discovery.

Very central location in Bern and just 5 minutes to the train station. Surrounding the hotel, if you prefer not to eat in the hotel, are many restaurants and bars. Shopping is a must in Bern. The property is great. The staff even better.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Aufgestelltes, liebes und hilfbereites Personal. Das Hotel am Blausee war atemberaubend.

Die Aussicht und die Einrichtung war einfach super, auxh das Essen und die Bedienung war sehr gut.

Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf den See ist topp! Sehr freundliches, einheimisches Personal, neu renoviertes Zimmer, sehr sauber, Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Umsetzung des Schutzkonzeptes war genial! Tiefgaragenplatz Panorama Card Thunersee (Gratisfahrten mit ÖV und diverse Vergünstigungen bei Eintritten)
