「We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved our balcony room with a view of the lake. Couldn't stop taking pics from it. Grounds are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast was good, but the same each day. Two things we'd suggest though, pillows were feathered and had no substance (had to ask for additional) and no lotion in the bathroom. These are minor things compared to how much we loved the setting. Would highly recommend.」

「Nous avons passé un excellent moment au spa de l’hôtel c’était très reposant. L’hôtel est raffiné et magnifique, la Lounge est confortable et donne envie de s’y installer pour lire ou bavarder tranquillement. La chambre était spacieuse et bien pensée. Nous avons bien aimé」

「It was a very nice room and a very clean hotel. However, be aware that there’s a transparent shower window into the bedroom so if you are not traveling with your spouse or partner, you might want to consider that. It’s somewhat opaque at the bottom but still awkward. I asked the front desk if there were any other room rooms and she said all the rooms are the same. Otherwise, the price was great great staff great hotel.」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「房間潔淨有冷氣, 酒店職員都非常有善,房外環境開揚, 見到大廣場偶爾有表免費表演,早餐略少選擇!」

「早餐很棒，也很推薦餐廳提供的晚餐料理，建議一試; 交通方便; 湖畔就在附近，也可慢慢沿河堤走到市中心。適合渡假放鬆的好地方，非常推薦。若有大行李，注意電梯只到三樓。」

「酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。」

「Hôtel un peu ancien mais confortable. Calme. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon avec une superbe vue. Village isolé , rien d’ouvert à proximité à notre période, obligé de descendre à Interlaken pour manger. Restaurant de l’hôtel non testé car nous ne fonctionne que sur réservation (si nous avons bien compris), difficultés à se comprendre car notre niveau d’anglais n’est pas bon et aucune plaquette explicative sur les services et les horaires dans les chambres (c’est peu être un...
