"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "Hotel is hidden away on the actual street but not far from the train station in Interlaken. Room was big, clean and definitely foreign (meaning you need to make sure you have universal adapters for Europe) me but other wise amazing experience.
