「Very good service, room comfortable with a lovely Lounge and Bar with beautiful fittings and decor. An amazing lift and great ambience in the Dining Room. A delicious dinner and breakfast. A stunning after dinner walk in picturesque surroundings. Could do with an advertising board nearer the M6 as you are such a hidden gem!」

「The staff were Brilliant. We were given what could be described as a standard room when we arrived. When we showed reception picture of room which was booked they changed room to room on picture immediately. It was mentioned that it should not have been advertised as a superior room. Hotel was perfect for a warm , quiet welcome after a day walking. Staff were fantastic. 」

Must try the dinner at the restaurant which is very good with reasonable price. Only the towel rack in my room is not working which is a minor stuff. This has resulted in very stylish, thoughtfully designed, high quality accommodation.
