Lovely quiet courtyard room - 309 - would request again for the peaceful location. We have stayed in a lake view room in the past and would pick the courtyard over it, as it means you aren’t on the main road. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from check-in, to spa, to restaurant.

Views are beautiful staff friendly and helpful, breakfast plenty of options. Have to pay for parking which I think was £12. We used the out door spa which was beautiful but you do need to book in advance. Cocktails with a view perfect way to spend the day. We will return 😊

We stayed here at the weekend for a sunset session which was fun. Staff are fab, always happy to have a little chat and always happy to help Room was stunning and we had a wonderful view. It’s expensive but it’s a lovely hotel & our third stay overall

Decent stay. The room was nice and the location is perfection. The car park being an extra £12 a night considering that a stay is not cheap. The spa being £60 per person also did not seem like good value for money in my opinion as the service was non existent for the first hour of our experience. Overall, we left feeling that the stay overall was overpriced and not worth the money.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. The Pool area was clean and not too busy. The Blue Smoke restaurant was excellent, great food and good service. The views across the lake were amazing.

Birthday Bliss – Rainbows, Relaxation & a Spa for All Weathers Stayed for a birthday treat and it couldn’t have been more magical! Even with mixed weather, the spa was perfect—steamy outdoor pools with stunning views of Windermere, and cosy indoor thermal rooms to warm up in. We even saw a rainbow over the lake while relaxing in the hot tub! Staff were lovely, the food was great, and the whole place felt like a luxury retreat. Rain or shine, Low Wood Spa is a dream. Can’t wait to go back! 💗
