「My only complaint was the bracelets that are used to open our room, fitness room, beach towels, gates to and from the beach almost never worked. After my third bracelet I got a room key and it worked perfectly! The bracelet is a great concept. But in our group , only sometimes, mostly never did the bracelets worked properly. And maybe part of that problem stems back to hurricane damage in electrical things. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. The pool restaurant was great. Pool...

「I like have a bar , when you relax have some wine it’s good Idea, also so close to san old Carlos, has a lot of good restaurants. But blanket too terrible, when I touch it and I will woke up, so I had to took it alway, and then I cool. And air conditioner so nose, whole night I slept not will at all. Actually it is very good situation, Also workers super nice, just blanket really bad. I’m not sure if Next time I will back there, if they change blanket, I will back. 」

「Fantastic vacation. What a great hotel, everything was very clean. The pools and waterslides were great, food at the restaurants was great. We went on an off peak week, I could see it getting pretty crowded on a peak week. Food and drinks were good, but on the pricey side. Breakfast buffet was great, especially that for 12 and under you pay your child's age. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The private beach was great. 」
