「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Such a wonderful hotel conveniently located in the middle of the historic area of Beaune. Lots of dining choices nearby and easy to get out of the town to go exploring nearby vineyards. We used the parking lot and never had an issue getting the car out.」
