「Our room was clean and up to date, with comfortable beds. The owners care tremendously about their property, and keep everything clean and fresh. One small concern is that south facing rooms - facing the main highway and a big uphill climb for trucks - can be a bit noisy at times. Our earplugs solved the problem, and also, a request for a north facing room - toward the town - should offer a quieter place. We'll be sure to stay there again when we pass through in the future.」

「The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the parking was great for our truck and trailer. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The property looked nothing like the photos online. The room was old, run down, dirty, and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning, with visible soap scum in the shower, and the showerhead was mounted unusually low. There were damaged areas around the floors and baseboards that appeared to have been covered up rather than...

「Beds were too soft. Fridge had been unplugged. We plugged it in, put two ore-packaged salads in it, on two different shelves, and by morning both were frozen.」

「The only issue we had, was the baggage carts. They need to be tightened up by the maintenance staff. Baggage carts are the second thing a customer deals with when entering the premises. The first being reception. These carts need some TLC. This would only take about 15-20 mins per cart to tighten all the screws. Easy peasy. We loved ROD the robot. However it does not take away from the excellent dinner service by Evelyn!」
