「Clean room & friendly staff will come back. I think they could use another waffle maker. There was a bit of a wait to make a waffle. 」

「Scent sensitive people, beware. They use scented detergent on their linens, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. 「One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the excellent breakfast and food ratings. I’m sorry to say that the Breakfast buffet was terrible. Cut up fruit was not fresh and had a bad tangy taste to it. The berry compote didn’t even look fresh. I ate a fresh tangerine instead. Shedded cheese had white mold on it. I requested fresh cheese and it was much later replaced with more moldy cheese. We waited a long time for scrambled eggs that tasted like liquid flavorless out of a bag...
