The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough. The concierge was very courteous and professional. "The hotel is a bit far from Amsterdam City Center but if you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay by the water and has comfortable beds (which is a rarity in the area I’ve found), this is a great spot! The rooms were clean, the bathrooms decent size. My only complaint really was that there wasn’t an in-room coffee maker but that isn’t a deal breaker for me. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the city center. The hotel was an affordable option and frankly, if I hadn’t already booked another place I would’ve stayed a couple of extra nights. "

One of the best parts is the location—it’s within walking distance to the city center, shopping, restaurants, and many attractions. It made getting around Amsterdam very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
