「Our overall stay was great, the property was clean and beautiful and our room was clean & gorgeous. There were many pools and although the resort seemed full it was never crowded. Our first morning we went to the on site restaurant, beautiful view on the beach but the service was disappointing. After waiting upwards of 10 minutes to be acknowledged our server took our order, brought us coffee then checked on us 3x in 40 minutes...no food to check on despite the 4 surrounding tables who sat...

「The Hotel lives up to its name “Tranquility”. Luxurious, Clean , Beautiful pool & beach & Tiki / sports bar was good with nice drinks . Lots of things to do in hotel including bikes, water sports, putting green / beach volleyball Rooms are clean and spacious. Great idea having a wristband as your room key. Small pool outside our room was being maintained so that was the only negative but apart from that it was fantastic. Highly recommend 」

「My brother and I don't vacation enough, so when i booked the room and flights we were committed lol. The pool staff was above and beyond what I expected. Just terrific! Rachel the bar tender was so knowledgeable on making her boat drinks I was thoroughly impressed. Loved it and I will spread the word. Thank you 」

「The grounds need a complete overhaul with cleanup and new landscaping. Why can't the old restaurant be fixed up? The pool could use a foam handle on the metal handrail into the pool. The tiki bar in back should be open every night as people went to watch the sunset. The hotel floor in our room was dirty. Filters on the air conditioners needed to be cleaned. The smell was bad that came out of the air conditioners.」
