"Room is clean, services are very good. Only thing is that the hotel insisted me to pay IDR 1m upon my arrival as they did not receive the payment I have made through hotels.com even I show them my purchase receipt. Only got this sorted out on the third day after numerous attempts to contact hotels.com for help. "
