Convenient hotel and affordable

Friendly staffs and pleasant hotel to stay in. The facility were clean and employees are helpful. When I needed certain items as iron board etc they provided with quick and satisfying services. Recommended and will returning back on my next visits

4박5일 숙박하였는데 건물 외벽에서 계속 공사중으로 소음이 너무 심했다. 관련하여 호텔 매니저에게 어떤 사과도 받지 못했다. 호텔 공사로 인해 피해를 봤는데 어떤 사과나 서비스가 없었던 것은 이해할 수 없다.

I stayed at the Atria for business. Whilst the room I had was a little dated, I understand that refurbishment is underway. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Location was fantastic with the mall just across the road. Highly recommend.

Not happy with check in supoused 2pm they said room not ready we wait until 5pm, they give smoking room which is not in my booking we refused then we complaints they give us 12th floor when we get in to the room the tv program not clear, noises from aircondition not get towel until 12pm, we need to call reception many time with this problems. Anyway we get room nice and clean bed very comfy, manager hotel come to apology for delays.

Good location but not so for the accommodation

The soundproofing for the room was poor and I got furniture noises occurring around midnight. Hope that its not due to paranormal origins but that disrupted my sleep for 2 nights. In addition, the towels issued had stains. A bit disappointed but the location beside the Summarecon Mall managed to mitigate the poor experiences
