Very nice and secured hotel. Room is big with Balinese theme. Staffs were very helpful and location is strategic close to Summeracon mall. Breakfast spread was good, satisfied stay. Wiill come back again for my next business trip.

Refund of advance deposit failure

Refund using credit card advance deposit did not get voided when checking out sighting offline. Worried about the customer service forgetting to reverse the credit card advance deposit.

Overall the experience at the hotel was very satisfactory. The staff are very polite and respectful. The rooms are very well decorated and overall one gets very energetic vibes. The only inconvenience I faced was elevators. To get elevator on time is very difficult, although there are 4 of them working at same time. There is a very long waiting time for it. The hotel needs to improve their elevator programme.
