「This was a first time stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. This hotel has nice rooms, good food, friendly staff and a pool and hot tub. Service from housekeeping was great. Location was on the strip and easy to get to. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.」

「We love staying at Westgate Branson Woods. We typically stay in a cabin, but none were available. Our first stay in a double queen room was just okay. The room was comfortable and clean, but had a musty odor. There was a strong odor of marijuana in our room and throughout the grounds at times, which was disappointing. We spent most of our time in Branson enjoying the amenities available on the property with our children and grandchildren.」

「To keep it short I won’t go into a lot of detail, but overall for the price I paid on Expedia. This was a heck of a deal!! BREAKFAST: From what I read online, the breakfast was award-winning… I did not experience an award-winning breakfast but everything was hot and well tended. Honestly, I would give it a better rating if the coffee wasn’t so terrible but I had to outsource my coffee during our trip because the hotel coffee was awful. Also, there is no access to the lobby or the café until 7...

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

「The property was very clean . Checking in and out was simple and easy. It’s an older property but again very well taken care of. We didn’t use the outside pool, or fitness center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the time we stayed there. What was really nice was that it’s so close the the main strip.」

「I booked 02 Rooms, one of the room the refrigerator was not working after complaining they changed itand it was ok. The other room was having so bad smell that we had to change it after 02hrs and then shifted to new room, but still it was smelling bad like a wet carpet. Very poor administration the reception guy from india was very rude, and become angry if you ask him anything to fix. The pantry lady was rude in the morning, and said we have to leave fast as we cant take much time sitting here...

I've never had such a great hotel experience at such a low price. It was perfect for my son and me and I'd absolutely stay here again! 」
