Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

「My 2 kids and I stayed in a room with 3 beds. The room was clean. The showerhead pressure was very strong. The sink faucet barely had any pressure. The outdoor pool was pretty nice. There were no pool towels, I had to get them from the office which wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was pretty good too. Overall it was a nice hotel and cheap too. I would go back. 」
