「I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was average. It has a few positives, but there are also several areas that could be improved. The room was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though nothing particularly stood out. The building itself is clearly older, and its age is noticeable in both the exterior and common areas. While it is generally maintained, it could benefit from renovations to give it a fresher and more modern feel. The biggest disappointment...

「The shower head was so low that I had to bend down to reinsert my hair and I’m only 5’5”. If My tall boys were with me they won’t have been able to use the shower at all. Breakfast was terrible. Carpets in the hallway were stained and dingy looking.」

「Chairs need replaced in the room,they were coming apart. Didn’t feel safe sitting in them. Couldn’t find the observation deck or a hiking trail to the water falls. No signs.」

「We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent and conveniently close to the main attractions, which made getting around very easy. The food was just okay—it could have been better, but it wasn't a major issue. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool, so I can't comment on that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.」

「I had two issues with the place. One, the tub didn't drain well and water filled up while taking a shower. Secondly the person who checked us in was rude. She basically said here is your key and your room # is on it. Gave us no directions to where the room was, where to park or anything about breakfast or any of the amenities. If she worked for me she would be fired on the spot. A horrible attitude to be running the front desk. Other than those two things everything else was fine. Good...
