"There was a dead rodent behind the refrigerator in the wall. The room reeked. Get a room that is rodent free and in back. Drunks out front at night were active. A couple was screaming 2-4am one night. Staff was great but room was tiny. "

"The breakfast was very nice with a huge selection of choices. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean however it was noticed the next day that the windows were open. I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the British Museum and very well connected to the Underground, which made getting around London incredibly easy. The room is compact and minimal in size for two people, but everything you need is cleverly fitted into the space. The layout feels almost engineered with millimetric precision! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the staff at reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but they immediately solved it by changing our room without any hassle. A special thank you to Podja for her care and attention throughout our stay — she truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderfully situated for both Theatre and Tube access, a few minutes from Covent Garden and plenty of places to eat, although the hotel also has its own restaurant and bars.9999 The room was clean , but smaller than expected for a Superior Twin. The bathroom was adequate with large shower, but adjusting shower height was a little bit of a problem for a shorter person. Customer service was excellent and they dealt quickly with a problem with the bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate adequate, it offered a large range of both Continental and English choices, I ate from both. The staff were very professional and there were plenty around if you needed anything. The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. I have stayed here previously and would definitely repeat my stay. "
