The family running the properties was very nice and helpful, speaks good English and help with accommodation. 「Thanks for the hospitality ! I can never forget the passion of the staffs there as well as the view from the resort. On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. Don't miss the dinner there, they provide real Tuscany cuisine made with local agricultural products. All in all, the resort is a 'MUST' if you visit Tuscany!
