"Friendly staff, lovely room and great food "

"Excellent emplacement pour explorer la région. Facile de se trouver un stationnement gratuit en face de l'hôtel. Chambre propre, mais relativement sans charme, plutôt impersonnelle côté déco, mais tout ce dont on a besoin y est toutefois, donc je recommande si vous cherchez qqchose d'efficace, abordable et fonctionnel. Le déjeuner buffet est très bon!"

"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"

"My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel. We enjoyed the facilities- both in the spa and the surrounding areas. The staff are outstanding and take a real pride in ensuring that all our needs are taken care of. Food was excellent and service could not be faulted. Highly recommended."
