「We love Stratford Upon-Avon and a member of our family had stayed at the Crowne Plaza before. So we decided to give it a try. The only issues that I could mention was that the room 1019 was quite a walk from reception and, I had to report to the front desk that maybe the previous occupants had spilled some dark liquids on the carpets and caused them to stain.」

「Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. The only thing missing was shampoo, which is not a big deal but would be helpful for overseas travelers who haven’t brought things like that because of liquid restrictions on flights, or are traveling light. But the room was very nice overall. 」
