Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. 」

「Great welcome by the staff member at reception after 11pm. I had run out of phone battery & missed a train from London and was concerned no one would be available to check me in but instead the helpful young man even sorted out a glass of wine & some crisps for me & brought them to me even though the bar was closed.
