「Very clean - nice accommodations. We had a very large suite - great for 3 and could have accommodated up to 4 comfortably.」

The rooms where very hot and not air conditioned, it was cooler going outside in the 30+ def then it was in the room. By biggest annoyance was the parking l, they have lots of it but it’s an extra £7 a night per vehicle, not per space. 「The property is perfect for staying. Large space compare to the price, Worm inside, Wide kitchen, everything is good. But otherwise WiFi signal is kind of weak so it's small minus point. Since they are not stated "WiFi" on the ammenities, may be most of customers expect strong WiFi during their stays.」

「The current owners have only had the property a short while hence my poor comment on decor and maintenance. They are renovating the property however the staff were very polite and helpful. Our en-suite rooms although dated were clean. The beds and bedding were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, ample choice only negative comment I can say is ceramic mugs/cups would be nicer than the ones provided. We wish them every success.」

「Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. 「This is our second stay here. It's in a great position, close to Stratford but quiet, lots of outdoor space for the dog and lots of parking. The hotel is very dog friendly, staff, rooms, restaurant. Treats available and great dog menu option. As far as the decor is concerned, the hotel is clean but the decorating and finish leaves much to be desired. 「Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ).
