"The staff were friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The motel is on a main road so traffic noise was to be expected but did not disturb us. However, if you are a light sleeper ear plugs are provided. The location was convenient and was within walking distance of a grocery store and eateries."

"We booked the premier10thfloor spa package with balcony together Iuse a wheelchair we arrived went to the 10th floor got out of the lift the corridors were barely 2ft wide littered with piles of garbage bags we got to our room the door opened the bedhadto get out of my wheelchair and lift it sideways onto the bed we got in the whole room was about 10ft by 12ft the tv on the wall had all it's live wires hanging and it's volume restricted to 30 out of 100 the sliding door was rusted open the balcony was only 18 inches wide the advertised minibar was non existent the spa bath was cracked stained and filthy we called the manager he blamed previous owner and changed rooms the second had identical problems he changed again same problem and a broken bed and the broken sliding balcony door was rusted open with a night club across the road it was over $300 Australian a night and a disgusting hovel never ever waste your money on this pos"

"Great location, friendly staff and room for a family of 4 was so big, comfortable and roomy. The weekend noise is an annoying but doesn’t last past midnight. Other than that highly recommend it and we will be back! "

"Room had zero soundproofing. Could hear the neighbors on either side, as well as the wedding going on all night behind us. The mini fridge made noise all night long as well. The door had gaps all around it so we were concerned about pests coming through, as well as the cigarette smoke from our neighbors drifting under it. Also the wifi did not reach our room so couldn’t even connect to it. Poor hotel for a beautiful little town. "

"Bed sheets were washed but still dirty with a questionable stain (which should have been spotted at point of house keeping), requesting replacements they arrived again with what looked like bodily stains on them, and the third set had blood! Eventually we went to the store room ourselves to find some clean sheets to make our own bed. The dish washer made strange noises, didn't clean anything but did smell of electrical burning. The washing machine was even worse for the noise and left clothing dripping wet. Wardrobe handles had obviously broken in the past but instead of replacing them they just sealed the holes off and had to grip the surrounding edges to open/close. There was a single frying pan supplied in the kitchen area, which was the smallest pan in the world (it struggled to accommodate a single fried egg!) - the location is great and the view from the balcony is lovely, but the place just feels very tired and instead of things getting fixed they get bodged. Staff are lovely but unfortunately, ineffective."
