「Overall okay but can really improve on the cleanliness」

「We absolutely loved the hotel's warm breakfast buffet, as well as the convenience of having coffee, tea, and hot water available throughout the day. Our room was spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy mattresses and a well-stocked bathroom. We had hoped to enjoy the swimming pool during our stay, but it was temporarily closed for maintenance. 「My room was at perfect temperature when i arrived (requested). Room was immaculate, bedding firm and extremely clean, shower was very clean & well stocked with linen. The view of the baseball fields was an added bonus that I knew nothing about. Overall I was extremely pleased with the last minute accommodations here at Holiday Inn Parkville, MO.」

「What a unique place. An old Catholic school converted into a hotel. Even had a basketball court! The room was spacious and had the original school blackboard on the wall with chalk! 😂 The only thing to keep in mind - no elevator. So request 1st floor if you have heavy luggage. Staff (James) was awesome. Will absolutely stay again if I’m in the area!!」

「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」

「We liked the location and the historic nature of the hotel, but very basic accommodations, our shower was luke warm to cold at best, but the staff was very helpful and tried to make things right at the end of our stay.」
