「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」

The room had no real amenities (no small refrigerator, no decor, no chair, no desk, no microwave, etc. On top of that, nothing was very clean and the bed was simply horrible. The extra blanket smelled like it had not been cleaned in ages. Typically, we do not ask for a room clean on the weekend but we do expect fresh towels when there is only two provided, more coffee filled and the bed to be made. None of this occurred. When you...

「It’s was perfect for my needs」

「The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

「I had a really nice stay there. The hotel is very nice and clean. The owners were super helpful. We had an air conditioner that was making a rattling noise and kept us up at night and the owner put in a new one for us. I was very impressed with that.」
